Do VETROSPACE pods come with air‑conditioning?

All AC‑capable pods (M, M+, L, L+, XL, XXL) come standard with integrated air‑conditioning in the UAE. These units maintain a cool, stable temperature even during long meetings and high footfall.

The XS/XS+ and S/S+ models use advanced smart ventilation but do not include AC due to size limitations.

How do VETROSPACE pods manage airflow and air quality?

All VETROSPACE pods keep the air fresh, balanced, and healthy — automatically.

XS / XS+

• High‑efficiency upward airflow
• G4 filtration
• Designed for focused work and private calls

S–XXL

• Smart CO₂‑controlled ventilation that adjusts airflow based on occupancy
• AIR (standard): G4 filtration
• CLEAN* (upgrade): G4 + HEPA H13 filtration and antimicrobial Blue Light disinfection

*CLEAN is only available on S–XXL models.

Are the pods soundproof enough for confidential conversations?

Yes. Every VETROSPACE pod delivers Class A soundproofing, enabling silent, secure conversations in banking, HR, corporate, or government settings.

How is the pod installed?

Pods are delivered flat-packed and assembled on-site by trained technicians. The process is fast, clean, and typically completed within a few hours — with no structural modifications needed to your building.

All VETROSPACE pods are self-ventilated and freestanding, requiring only access to a standard power outlet. There’s no need for ducting or permanent fixtures.

5.
Can I move the pod later?

Yes. VETROSPACE pods are designed with flexibility and relocation in mind, and all pods can be dismantled and reinstalled as needed.

XS and XS+ models also include concealed 360° wheels for effortless placement within the installed space.

Can the pods be branded or customized?

Absolutely.

At VETROSPACE we specialize in custom solutions, and all of our pods can be tailored to suit your space, whether you simply want your brand colours and finishes or you require a more specialised setup. Standard options let you personalise the look and feel of any model, while our larger S–XXL pods also support fully engineered solutions — from multi‑door layouts and integrated screens to medical‑grade interiors or bespoke room sizes for high‑footfall environments.

What certifications or safety standards do the pods meet?

VETROSPACE pods are built using high-quality materials and tested for sound insulation, fire safety, air quality, and electrical compliance.
